“My Santa Cruz Skitch received excellent service recently by Andrew at Pinetop Bicycle. He replaced its chain and serviced the brakes. I rode it today and really noticed a difference in its ride. The brakes are now in good condition and working the way that they should. And I really love the new chain. What I like most about Andrew is that he takes time to explain bike maintenance and what he intends to do to my bike.”

“We were in Pinetop this weekend & needed to get a bike tire repaired. We called Saturday morning about 11:15 am and Andrew said ‘Sure, I can take care of it! Bring it in!’ We got there & like everyone else remembered a number of items needed for the bike (adjust the brakes & the pedals, also please check the chain the see if it is stretched & a general check up.)
Andrew was like ‘Sure leave it with me for a couple hours and I will take care of it!’ When we returned just over 2 hours later, he took care of everything & then found 2 other small adjustments needed, took care of them, and gave us directions for some great rides in the area.

I realized they were closed on Tuesdays so I glanced into the window to see if they sold what I was looking for. As I turned to my truck, the owner called out to me. Inviting me to see the shop.
She gave me a local map of riding trails, lots of advice for local places and even called her husband (the other owner) for more advice about obscure parts I inquired about.
5 star service even when closed!”
